Lecturer / Course Teacher in Professional Cookery
We are seeking to appoint a full time lecturer / course teacher in the Catering and Hospitality Department, working as part of a dedicated and outstanding team to develop a high quality learning and development centre of excellence.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised and will deliver outstanding provision to engage and motivate professional Cookery learners from Level 1 to level 3. Ideally you will have a recognised teaching qualification and you will be a qualified assessor with current and relevant professional experience in the catering and hospitality industry.
All teachers are required to carry out organisational and administrative duties which will include the preparation of work, marking and assessment, student welfare and tutorial support. Teachers are required to fully support and participate in Faculty activities which help to achieve the College’s mission and objectives.
