We have a great opportunity to join our Group Performance and Planning Team as our new Head of Operations - Data Services on Permanent, Full Time (37hrs per week) basis.
To lead the longer-term strategic development and implementation of a new service-operating model, leading transformational change to ensure the Service is aligned to the current and future Organisational objectives and business unit's strategies.
To lead the review of all current transactional data processes through proactive engagement with the various service user groups to delivers measurable benefits to service users.
To lead the stakeholder management for the Data Services Team, developing effective communication routes for key service users.
To project manage the delivery of agreed data process improvement projects within specified timeframes.

The role will oversee the medium and longer-term strategic development of the Data Services Team to implement a modernised service offer, delivered through a new operating model which meets the current and future needs of its service users.
In order to do the role you will need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification is essential
Experience delivering on transformational business change and implementing new ideas and systems across a complex organisation.
Experience of leading and managing successful change programmes.
Experience of working within the Further and Higher Sector with an in depth knowledge of the data, information, funding systems and processes would be desirable.
