Customer Relationship Advisor (Truro)
In response to our continued growth in business engagement activities an exciting opportunity has arisen working with our dynamic Business Development Team. Are you quick to learn with a passion for customer service and achieving results? Truro and Penwith College Business is a dynamic and fast paced environment dedicated to providing the best quality service and training to businesses in Cornwall. You will be office based providing first response to all customer enquiries, advising on funding and training solutions for employers and individuals and driving our business forward with B2B calls.
Main Purpose of Job:
- Contact ‘cold’ and ‘warm’ employers by telephone and email support the achievement of an agreed sales campaign to communicate Truro and Penwith College’s provision, so supporting growth initiatives and the achievement of targets. Generate strong leads for the Employer Engagement Team and wider College teams.
- To manage all incoming enquires from businesses who are looking for business training and/or apprenticeships, providing professional advice, course information, funding and pricing details. Converting these enquiries to confirmed bookings through obtaining further information or closing the booking with the customer over the telephone.
- Contribute to other Employer Engagement activities to represent Truro and Penwith College including attending events as required.
