30 hours per week for 33 weeks and 30.25 hours per week for 19 weeks.
Weekend and evening working may be required when business needs demand.
The College Learning Resource Centre’s (LRC’s) deliver Library, Learning Support and Careers services as well as extensive IT provision. The LRC’s are a central part of College life and are always busy and vibrant. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. Typical duties include: answering customer enquiries at reception, library and IT helpdesks, helping learners to find and use print and online resources, book processing, re-shelving books, stock promotion.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with young people, provide excellent customer support and have strong IT and administrative skills. It is essential that you have a minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
