This is an opportunity to join one of the largest college groups in the country and to work delivering leadership and management training to candidates from some of the UK’s best businesses and public sector employers.

We need an experienced and inspiring individual capable of planning, designing and delivering leadership and management programmes up to and including level 5 qualifications. You will work with groups of learners either at employer premises, in our college centres, or with individuals on a coaching and mentoring basis. Key tasks will include the delivery, assessment and development of qualifications in your specialist area.

Some work out of region is likely to be necessary, therefore driving license and access to a car is required to enable you to fulfill this role. A laptop and mobile phone will be issued.

The post will normally be appointed with a spot salary within the range quoted, however a higher amount could be available for exceptional candidates.

We are committed to developing our workforce and excellent training and development opportunities are available. You should be sufficiently qualified and experienced to enable you to deliver a range of Management programmes up to level 5, experience in Coaching and Mentoring would be desirable. Flexibility to cover higher levels or related disciplines would also be advantageous. You should have a recognised Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1 or TAQA), an IQA and/or Teaching qualification, or the ability to work quickly towards completion.
