Registry and Admissions Manager
CU London has been established as a new campus in Dagenham, East London in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. It operates through one of Coventry University's wholly owned subsidiaries (Coventry University College Ltd) and is being supported by the wider Coventry University group infrastructure. CU London is operating from the Civic Centre in Dagenham which has been fully refurbished to meet the needs of a diverse and vibrant student body. CU London opened its doors to students in September 2017.
The post holder will join CU London in its opening year of delivery and at a significant period of intended growth. Reporting to the Registrar and taking supervisory responsibility for a registry administration team, the post holder will ensure an effective and efficient student administration function is in place at CU London.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the student life cycle, from first contact to graduation, underpin an excellent student experience overall. You will ensure all registry functions and processes adhere to the academic and general regulations and are delivered effectively. You will regularly review systems in context and be proactive in proposing improvements to the wider CU group via the Registrar.
This is a demanding, fast paced and hands-on role that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with outstanding administrative and customer service skills. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team and have a 'hands on' attitude.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week.
