The Distance Learning Unit based in Osborne Street Grimsby continues to attract an increasing number of learners enrolling on to our nationally accredited qualification programmes. With a planned further increase on the 1800 learners who completed with us at the end of the last academic year we are looking to recruit a part time administrator to further support our work.

Working 22 hours a week across 5 days you will be responsible for administrating a portfolio of qualifications in accordance with the Institute’s quality standards and ensuring a positive learner experience from application to course completion and certification.

As well as excellent customer service and IT skills you must be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
