The Information Officer role is a key part of our College Information Services team, dealing with enquiries from potential students both by telephone and face to face.

The role is a critical and high profile one as for many customers their contact with you will be their first experience of the College, so you’ll take a pride in giving all customers an outstanding experience. Through your listening skills and tailored advice you will guide customers to the best options for them which will ultimately give them the right skills for their future career. Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will ultimately lead to an increased College reputation and higher numbers of applicants and enrolments to the College.
