Apprentice Operations Administrator (Business Admin L2)

Working week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. 35 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have a varied role between key areas of the business and gain knowledge of the entire operational activity.
- Various office support roles involving Sales, Purchasing and Operations.
- Purchase Order Entry.
- Purchase Order Expediting.
- Sales Order Entry.
- Taking Telephone calls and dealing with queries.
- Liaison with Warehouse staff to ensure Goods-In/Out is prioritised.
- Daily contact with Operations Manager, Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
- Computer Literate, including sound Microsoft skills.
- Good Communicator.
