Apprenticeship duration: 15 months
Possible start date: 30th October 2017
Working week: Business/kitchen hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 11.00pm, Sundays 9.00am - 9.00pm. Shift pattern around these times. 35 hours per week.
Support the kitchen team with day-to-day preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of food
- Maintenance of utensils
- Working with good hygiene & safety standards
- Cleaning the kitchen after use
- Supervised cooking, assisting the head chef during service
