We are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Programme Manager who will be responsible for growing and delivering our Apprenticeship programmes in Engineering (Agricultural and Motor Vehicle). The role will include training and assessment of students both in college and in the workplace. In addition you will build strong relationships with employers and businesses in both sectors in order to identify new opportunities and help meet their recruitment needs. The ideal candidate may come from an Agricultural Engineering or a Motor Vehicle background, will be professional, hardworking and confident team player with a track record of good or outstanding teaching in either sector.
