Location: Castleford Campus

37 hours per week

As a Lecturer in Engineering Fabrication and Welding, you will benefit from the superbly-equipped workshops and specialist rooms available at our purpose-built Castleford Campus. The Engineering team also has strong links with industry on a regional and international level.

You will teach on one or more of the range of Engineering courses and assist in the development, organisation and delivery of the Engineering curriculum area.

You should currently hold:

  • An Engineering Vocational Qualification / NVQ3 or equivalent
  • GCSE A* - C in Maths and English qualifications (Grades 9-4) or equivalent

You should also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working within an Engineering industry
  • Experience of Teaching /Training, up to level 3, ideally in the Further Education sector
