We are currently recruiting for a full time Fabrication and Welding trainer, responsibilities will include overall management of the Apprentice learner journey which includes functional skills and attainment of all elements of the framework or standard in a timely manner. Working with faculty teams you will ensure any classroom based activity is contributing positively to the apprentices training, monitoring attendance, assessment of work and overall and timely achievement.
This is a fantastic time to work in apprenticeships and work based learning, as an Ofsted outstanding provider we expect you to be driven, focused and experienced within your sector in return we offer comprehensive support. You must have excellent communication skills and be happy to train, assess and develop our apprentices within the workplace whist supporting any classroom activity.
