- As Director of Curriculum, you will become the leading senior figure in the Sixth Form department helping us reach our College 2020 strategic plan.

As Director of Curriculum, you will be responsible for leading the development and planning of the department across the College, with a focus on high quality and success for learners. You will be responsible for staffing and resource requirements for the department and to ensure the department is fit to respond to the changing needs of the sector, learners, employers and the wider communities the college serves and to drive improvement of the provision within the college and inform national development.
In order to do this, you will need:
- Degree Level Qualification in a departmental relevant subject
- Recognised Teaching Qualification.
- Evidence of on-going continuous professional development.
- Significant experience in leading & managing in a diverse, complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience of the quality management cycle including self-assessment and quality improvement planning.
- Considerable experience in developing and implementing a changing curriculum.
