The successful candidate will manage the Higher Education team at University Centre Sparsholt to ensure that all programmes are delivered and managed to a high standard. These include a range of land-based Foundation, Bachelors and Masters degree programmes. You will be responsible for the day to day management of these programmes as well as the ongoing quality assurance and faculty development.  Hours of work may include evenings

You will work closely with the Dean of Higher Education to meet the aims of the Higher Education Strategy through developing new programmes, increasing recruitment, supporting research and ensuring compliance with HE policy. Additionally, you will be required to respond to student feedback, organise bespoke CPD sessions to develop teaching through training and coaching as well as developing personalised action plans to encourage staff to become excellent teaching practitioners and improve the student experience.
