We are looking to recruit a Business Development Consultant to work on key projects across Humberside and Lincolnshire. This role will initially focus on generating business and interest across the colleges European Social Fund (ESF) contracts primarily Skills Support for the Workforce and World Host Training. Following this the post holder would focus on the growth of sector based work academies and traineeships supporting the college grow key priority areas.
The successful candidate will develop external relationships completing training needs analysis and working with delivery teams to implement training plans for small and large employers across the various contracts providing an outstanding level of service for each employer.
