Heating - Ventilating Training Officer

You will be involved in co-ordinating the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to enter our training programmes. You will also be responsible for your own caseload of NVQ students through to qualification.

With a H-V Industrial and Commercial Installation NVQ level 3 or an Advanced Craft in Heating and Ventilating fitting (or equivalent), you must have verifiable relevant industry experience and current knowledge of industry working practices and techniques relevant in a building services engineering environment. Plumbing qualifications would be a significant advantage.

Any knowledge or involvement in Government training schemes and National Vocational Qualifications would be an advantage - as would a recognised Health and Safety qualification, D32 and D33, A1 Assessor qualifications, or TAQA, and current ACS certificate (non-domestic). 

Although based from home, you will need to live in the South East of England, and be willing to travel regularly.

Essential Requirements:

Driving Licence and use of a car, as you will need to travel to sites and colleges across a widespread portion of the London area.
