We are looking to recruit a highly self-motivated individual to deliver a range of business and management related topics to Further and Higher Education students who are following vocational courses such as; Equine, Agriculture and Fisheries. Successful applicants must have some relevant commercial experience, a business related qualification and literacy and numeracy skills at Level 2 or equivalent.
In addition to the minimum requirements detailed above, candidates will ideally have teaching experience in a practical and/or classroom setting together with a teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards one. Excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are also essential. Some experience within the land based sector would be advantageous.
The College will support new unqualified lecturers with a reduced teaching commitment in their first year. Those staff will receive a bonus of £600.00 in the third year and £750.00 in their fourth year providing they have successfully gained their full teaching qualification at Hadlow College.
This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
