The music department are looking to appoint an energetic and charismatic casual music lecturer, to deliver units across a wide range of programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering music performance sessions within a variety of styles and genres, and recording/ studio practice. Assessment experience within both further education and higher education settings are desirable.

The music department produce a number of internal and external performances across the academic year, as well as a college album on the in-house record label. Candidates will be expected to assist in the development of a high standard of learner work for both performances and assessments alike.

You will be working with learners across a range of abilities and are expected to have a good understanding of the music industry as a whole and how it should be delivered across these abilities through innovative and engaging teaching learning and assessment.
