HR Administration Officer

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to work as part of a team supporting the HR Business Partners and Department as required.  You will be working with people across the organisation to deliver accurate and timely administrative services including formal correspondence to employees.

Evidence of the ability to explain complex policies and processes to customers of the service, face to face, over the telephone and by email, word processing skills and IT Skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are also essential.

Knowledge and experience of working with DBS checks and Right to Work would be an advantage.

A check with the disclosure and barring service will be undertaken for this post.
