Lecturer - Sports Studies
Sports Studies and Outdoor Adventure has been offered as an academic discipline at Moulton since 1999. The College has responded to the enormous growth in students attending the range of sports courses by heavily investing in new state of the art facilities. Alongside the full range of training areas, sports pitches and courts more recent additions have included a sports therapy clinic, indoor sports hall housing a climbing wall and Olympic free weights area and full size rubber-crumb and first Generation Astroturf suitable for hockey, tennis and netball.
Our strong links with industry are reflected in partnerships with Northampton Saints, Northampton County Cricket Club, Northampton Town Football Club, Kettering Town Football Club and Northants Schools Basketball Association facilitating the establishment of a range of sports academies which allow students to pursue their interest in a particular sport whilst obtaining a formal qualification.
