This is a key role in driving our high-performance culture across the business by applying a blend of employment law and sound judgement gained through practical, hands on experience.
You should have experience in managing complex cases and leading improvement projects whilst providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to stakeholders across the organisation.
The right candidate will have high levels of credibility in this field and be used to working in a fast paced environment.
You will also have a proven track record in influencing and challenging managers to achieve business results and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
This exciting role is for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to be part of a team driving forward change in the HR function.
