Employer Engagement Development Manager
We are looking for an adaptable self-starter to join us in this newly created role focused on developing our provision for Apprenticeship Levy paying employers and to further enhance and develop our commercial, full cost activities. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and liaising with peers and colleagues to put resources in place to service new business streams. You will organise and facilitate a range of networking events, manage a client relationship management system (CRM) and feed leads into the wider business as appropriate. You will also be required to support the Senior Leadership team in identifying strategic and tactical opportunities to enable our business strategy to be fulfilled.
You will be comfortable working to challenging targets and be adept at influencing others to share your vision and objectives. You will need to quickly build rapport and positive relations with a range of existing partners and be confident to develop new relationships positioning the College as a provider of choice in key markets. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving results and effecting positive change. You will be flexible to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, underpinned by strong communication and organisational skills.
