Progress Tutor - Caring Services (0.6, Maternity cover)

As an established and successful College, we are seeking to appoint Progress Tutors who are highly committed and motivated individuals with a passion for helping learners achieve success in their studies.

As the Progress Tutor you will carry out a variety of tasks including one to one and group sessions with students, monitoring and reviewing students’ attendance and achievement, and supporting a range of team activities such as welcome events and induction.

To apply for the Progress Tutor role you will be highly organised, an outstanding communicator and already have experience of working with, supporting and challenging young people.

The successful applicants will have a relevant level 3 qualification. A degree or high level qualification in a relevant subject area is desirable but not essential. You must have the skills and enthusiasm to support students, as well as work in partnership with teachers and parents to enable them to achieve their goals to be a successful Progress Tutor.
