Human Resources Apprentice

Loughborough College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible HR Apprentice to join our busy Human Resources department.  You will be providing support predominantly to the Learning and Development area as well as more general support across the HR department.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will be meticulous about accuracy.  There will be the opportunity to have involvement in the more generalist remit of the department.  This is a great opportunity for somebody to develop their skills, knowledge and experience as part of a small, but very supportive team.  You will have the opportunity to study and gain a business administration qualification.

To be considered for this position you will already have Maths and English GCSE passes at grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent) and experience of providing administrative support in a professional environment. You will be a natural communicator with a can-do approach.
