Instructor/Trainer in IT

Loughborough College has an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Instructor/Trainer to work on our Apprenticeships team.

We require someone who can make an immediate impact and that has a flexible approach. You will be working with a cohort of apprentices to deliver IT frameworks and also with apprentices across a range of other frameworks to support them to achieve functional skills in ICT in their workplace. You will have experience of organising regular visits to assess apprentices and carry out progress reviews in the work place, involving their employers in the apprenticeship programme and ensuring appropriate progress is made.

You will need to participate in College and awarding body quality assurance and improvement processes and liaise closely with the team co-ordinator regarding caseload progress, retention and achievement. You will be part of a growing apprenticeship team, striving to deliver a high quality service to learners and employers.
