The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a modern building, with excellent on site facilities, such as a fully equipped gym, hair & beauty salons and fine dining restaurant.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business, Enterprise & Professional Studies team working as a Workplace Learning Supervisor.  We are looking for the ideal candidate to support, grow and maintain existing Apprenticeship delivery in business administration, customer service, team leading, management and retail Apprenticeships in the workplace. The successful candidate will also work with us to develop new opportunities in Apprenticeships and work based learning.

The department is looking to recruit an experienced individual with the ability to generate new business and maintain excellent relationships with employers to maintain and grow the high numbers of Apprentices within the department. The key competencies of this post are outstanding organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously and be an excellent communicator.

The qualifications deemed essential for the post are a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g. GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C) and a Level 3 relevant to the subject area.
