Derby College are seeking to recruit a full time Student Services Adviser. The requirements of the role are to provide a high quality information, advice and guidance service to Derby College students from the beginning to the end of their student journey. You will also need to deliver an outstanding student support experience, ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all stages. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility to support the delivery of pre entry information and advice events both on and off college sites.
