We are looking for a full-time Assessor to join our Commercial Care team based at the Roundhouse, Pride Park.
You will be a dedicated and motivated professional who is passionate about teaching and learning and who is ready to contribute to the development of new strategies to improve the quality of delivery to learners in Commercial Care.
You will be expected carry out assessor duties on employer's premises (work based) and/or in College (in a classroom setting) in compliance with industry requirements and awarding body standards. You will also be involved with liaising with employers, professional bodies, internal and external verifiers and other stakeholders.
Ideally, candidates will have a solid occupational background in clinical health with the ability to assess Health up to and including Level 3.
Excellent communication, IT and team working skills are required along with an ability to exercise initiative. You will hold a recent recognised Assessor (D32,D33, A1) award as well as a minimum level 2 in Math's, English A full driving license and transport are also essential for this role due to travelling to employer's premises.
