Associate Lecturer - Patisserie

We are looking for an experienced patisserie chef to join the Department of Service Industries. The successful applicant will contribute to the Professional Cookery programme delivery the Patisserie qualification. You must be student focussed and deliver an outstanding learning experience in both the practical kitchen environment and the classroom. You will have a creative and innovative approach to Hospitality curriculum delivery and be a committed team player. This role is currently advertised as hourly paid but subject to student recruitment there is the possibility of a fractional or full time post.
