Hourly Paid Assessor/Trainer for Business Services Apprentices

Are you committed to contributing to the development of the next generation? As an Hourly Paid Assessor/Trainer, you will support candidates in their achievement by identifying gaps in candidates’ knowledge, providing feedback and guiding the candidates to assess their competence. You hold an assessor award or are willing to work towards the assessment skills programme. With your knowledge of the business services industry, you will share this knowledge assisting our apprentices develop their professional careers. You will continually ensure as part of this post that all course paperwork is maintained to a high standard in accordance with the requirements of the College, Employer, Awarding and Auditing Bodies. This post is primarily based at Rugby College working for Warwickshire College Ltd.
