SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Ensure that College enrolment systems are maintained and updated in line with best practice and external requirements
- Use relevant external systems as required to complete enrolment administration e.g. Employer Data Service, Learner Records Service and Student Loans Company
- Ensure that student fee payments and refunds are processed correctly in accordance with College Policies
- Organise and undertake the timely input of student data into computerised databases and check accuracy and consistency through examination of output, reporting anomalies and trends to the MIS Team Leader – Enrolment & Audit Compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of College enrolment processes
- Assist the MIS Team leader – Enrolment &Audit Compliance in the collection of statistical data for the preparation of management reports.
- Assist in processing direct enrolments through customer contact and assist in the collection of course fees.
- To provide appropriate information for authorised persons, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection policy.
- To liaise with College staff on data capture and information needs.
- Provide training to specialist and non-specialist staff in the use of College enrolment systems and processes
- Ensure regular updating on information and audit requirements through reference to relevant guidance and attendance at training events
- To carry out general administration duties, as dictated by the academic calendar.
The post holder may be required to work additional hours from time to time, which will include regular evening or weekend work, particularly at enrolment times.
