Night Security Warden

As a member of the Duty Warden team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, including the lockdown of college facilities and campus patrols providing a visible presence on site. You will also provide pastoral support to our residential students dealing empathetically and sensitively with student concerns. You will have the presence and authority to handle incidents in accordance with College procedures.

With an understanding of Safeguarding issues, you should have experience of dealing with young people and the ability to cope with out-of-hours incidents. Working as part of the Duty Warden team, you will have knowledge of health and safety and an awareness of security operations. Experience of working within a residential environment is desirable as well as a current SIA Licence.

You will be working an average of 40 hours per week on a rolling rota basis of four nights on, four nights off.
