This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for education within the Arts to work in a challenging and fast paced environment as a member of the Management Team responsible for the Further Education Creative Arts curriculum.

You will manage the academic staff and be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development. You will work collaboratively with the Head of School to develop an educational experience that is both relevant and inspiring, leading to excellent outcomes for students.

You must therefore be able to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level. You will need well-developed communication skills and an ability to produce clear and concise leadership information where learners’ experience is the main focus.

You must have extensive teaching experience in a relevant curriculum area (Art, Fashion, Music, Performing Arts, Games and Animation, Photography and Film, Graphic Design).  Successful experience of programme/course leadership is also required.  It is essential that you have a teaching qualification, or have a willingness to undertake this, and a relevant degree and postgraduate qualification.
