Library and Learning Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Improvement Department at CU Coventry. As the Library and Learning Services Manager, you will manage and lead the Library and Learning Services team at CU Coventry.
This team encompasses the Library and Learning Support including study skills and English Language provision and Learning Resources. The post is responsible for leadership, operational planning and staff management of the teams. The post will also work closely with academic and other support teams to develop the overall vision of CU Coventry as a leading edge provider of high quality, employment-related higher education.
This is an important role in a fast paced environment that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with excellent attention to detail. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team. You should possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure is essential for this post.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this may include some evening and Saturday work. This is a permanent post with a start date of ‘as soon as possible’.
