We have an exciting opportunity in our growing recruitment team. We are looking for a Student Recruitment Events Assistant to support in the planning and communications of Plymouth College of Art Pre-Degree, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. Working with the Student Recruitment Officer this role will focus on supporting progression events from Pre-Degree and beyond as well as our flagship Undergraduate Open Days.

You will be organised, think logically, have great common sense and excellent time management skills. You will be enthusiastic about recruiting students to Plymouth College of Art, have an ideas focused outlook and have excellent communication skills. An interest in education and progression will be advantageous.

You will be required to support all of our recruitment events and internal progression events, deliver tours to prospective students as well as other major stakeholders, so confidence and experience in speaking to groups of people will be beneficial. A major part of this role will be supporting our Open Days and this will require some weekend working. If you have previously studied at a creative university or art school that would be advantageous, however, this is not essential.

The days/hours are to be agreed between 8:30am and 5.00pm Monday – Friday.
