The Cook Supervisor will be responsible for working with The Head Chef to provide a refectory operation at RLS College. Tasks will include ensuring the provision of high quality food and maintaining the beverage service, ensuring the displays and food counters are stocked, appealing and appetising, and ensure the highest standards of Food Safety & Hygiene are maintained and recorded in line with current legislation. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ 2/3 is essential, or equivalent experience, as well as a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
