We are looking for passionate Student Learning Coaches to work at our Thurrock Campus 37 hours per week over 37 weeks of the year.
As a Student Learning Coach you will support our students throughout their timetabled sessions as well as meeting and setting targets and learning plans on an individual basis. There are also sessions on study and employability skills that you will deliver to these groups of students throughout the academic year.
We require student focussed individuals with a minimum of Level 2 Maths and English qualifications to undertake this vital role. Experience of working with SEND students or a relevant qualification in this area is required along with a supportive, nurturing and patient disposition.
