Teacher of Engineering - Aerospace

Engineering at Derby College is going places! Derby's engineering industries are nationally significant and we are now seeking to recruit an Aerospace Engineer to take up a teaching post working with a large local aerospace employer; delivering to the current and future workforce.  We have high ambition for what we want to achieve with learners and employers in this vital sector.  If you have a passion for engineering and are relentless in your pursuit of quality, then we want to hear from you.  We are looking for the right candidate to join our growing team and help us to realise our ambitious plans to support engineering in Derby.

A Certificate of education is desirable however a willingness to work towards this is essential.

You will be required to teach learners in a classroom environment.

You will be able to teach Aerodynamics, Jet Propulsion Systems and a knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermal dynamics would be desirable.
