Dudley College is looking to appoint a Talent Match Young Persons Outreach Worker working 25 hours per week on a fixed term contract until July 2018. The Talent Match project work alongside people aged 18-24 who have been out of education, employment or training for at least 12 months and who require additional support to overcome specific barriers to employment.

The successful applicant will assist in the identification and recruitment of hidden groups of young people who are choosing not to engage with support service or claiming benefits and assist in the organisation and facilitation of engagement activities in the local area.

You will ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Youth and Community work and be able to demonstrate experience and the potential in building effective relationships with young people.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults list checks where the applicant will be employed in regulated activity.
