HE LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN ANIMAL SCIENCE

£25,865 – £28,853 per annum (Lecturer band)

£29,602 - £36,593 per annum (Senior Lecturer band)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lecturer within the department of animal sciences. This post would particularly suit an individual with vocational experience of the animal industry. Focus will be placed on delivering high quality learning opportunities and student support at undergraduate and postgraduate level on animal science courses, with particular focus on support work placements. The successful individual will demonstrate a clear passion for teaching, an interest in research and links with industry.

Experience of teaching and a post-graduate qualification are a distinct advantage, as are a publication record and a teaching qualification. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, have first-rate administration skills and demonstrate a willingness to engage with external partners and industry.
