Part Time Tutor in Accounting and Business

Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES), judged by Ofsted Inspection as “officially good and on our way to outstanding”, is the largest local authority adult education service in London and one of the largest in the country. Part-time hourly-paid AAT Accounting and Business tutor required to teach groups of adults in central London. Successful applicants will have:

• Substantial experience of teaching groups of adults, including qualification courses at levels 1 to 3;
• A recognised teaching qualification for the lifelong learning sector, preferably CTLLS or PGCE, or equivalent;
• Level 4 Diploma for Accounting Technicians or NVQ/SVQ Level 4 in Accounting (AAT will consider applications from those holding accounting degrees, or relevant, significant accounting experience); and
• A recognised assessor qualification.
