Recruitment Officer

We are looking to recruit professional and ambitious individuals to form an integral part of our growing college team.

With specific responsibility for overseeing the recruitment & selection process, we are looking for someone who can implement multi-channel attraction and selection strategies and help us attract talented individuals. In addition you will have responsibility for managing the College’s induction process and ensuring staff are invited to the College’s new starter welcome events.

You should ideally have three years’ experience of working in a recruitment environment, to include administration of recruitment at all levels and experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels.

You should possess excellent interpersonal and be able to form good working relationships with a range of staff across the College. You will have excellent administrative skills, and be familiar with appropriate IT systems. The successful candidate will display enthusiasm, initiative and have the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
