We have a great opportunity to join the HR Shared Services Team as HR/Resourcing Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR/Resourcing related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively.
- To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates.
- To be familiar with HR/Recruitment policies, procedures and guidance so as to provide accurate and up to date information.
- Seeing the recruitment process from end to end.
- Processing new starters, sick pay/maternity & paternity pay/adoption leave

In order to do this role, you will need:
- Previous HR/Recruitment Administration Experience
- Level 2 English and Maths
- Demonstrable customer service experience
- Excellent organisational skills, managing own workload to meet tight deadlines
- Conscientious with a high attention to detail
