Summary of responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to begin a financial career in a busy Financial Operations function. The successful candidate will directly support the existing purchase and sales ledger teams while studying for their ATT accreditation.
Principal duties:
- Support the accurate, 'on-time' delivery of required deadlines.
- Resolve enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate financial records – ensure compliance with auditor, HMRC and other stakeholders.
- Effective use of Efin (financial system)
- Give support to other projects or tasks as they emerge including the Finance Transformation project.
- Document, review and maintain accurate procedures for all trained tasks
- Ensure all electronic and physical files stored accurately in team files and appropriate use made of office storage and archive facilities
- Ensure compliance with all Financial Regulations and procedures
