Planning and Performance Assistant

The Higher Education Registrar Services came into effect on the 1st September 2010. Its aim is to provide a professional, effective and co-ordinated service to all stakeholder groups within and outside the College, based around four functional areas; Student Administration, Academic Regulations & Compliance, Academic Quality & Standards and Planning and Performance.

The primary function of this role is to support the Planning and Performance Student Finance Officer in the efficient collection of funding, due to both the HE students and the College, from Student Finance England (SFE). For this reason, prior experience of the various systems used by SFE would be advantageous.  In addition to this, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide variety of processes to provide data and information as well as maintaining data held on the College’s own database.

The role of the Planning & Performance Assistant is set out in detail in the job description and person specification. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who will proactively embrace the change agenda and work with the team to produce a high level of customer service within a well-structured and dynamic environment.

A disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be undertaken for this post.
