Lecturer In Outdoor Education

This is a permanent term time only contract . Payment is made monthly during term time based on the size of the contract. Post holders are not required to attend College during student holiday periods but will receive holiday pay calculated according to the hours worked in the previous term.

You will teach on our Outdoor Education programmes from Level 1 to level 3 and be an individual committed to excellence in the classroom. A first degree in Outdoor Education together with a teaching qualification and experience of teaching on outdoor education or sports programmes up to and including level 3 is essential. You should also hold as a minimum the following national body qualifications:

" Summer mountain leader, 
" Level 2 Kayaking Coach 
" SPA climbing.
