We are seeking to appoint an HR Manager to lead our organisational development and engender a successful climate for change and creativity to help his achieve this goal.
You will have the knowledge of Employment Law and best practice as well as being flexible and innovative in finding solutions. Supported by a team of HR Advisors, you will be responsible for a broad suite of HR services including HR Strategy, policies and procedures, Employee Relations (including managing change), staff development, recruitment and selection, payroll administration, pay and benefits etc. You will also have experience of working effectively with public sector trade unions.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have, or be working towards a HR related qualification. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and able to work closely with managers and the senior leadership team to deliver the College’s strategic aims and objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent literacy skills and a sharp mind.
