Our Work Based Learning Manager role will involve liaising with employers, apprentices and the support team in order to facilitate the apprentice’s learning journey. In order to accomplish all of this you’ll need to be an enthusiastic and motivating individual, happy to work with students and help facilitate their success and that the duty of care for the apprentice is always maintained. With students placed in many local business and companies the role is a varied one presenting many challenges and a plethora of new and exciting opportunities to undertake.
