We are seeking an organised individual with good management skills to be part of the Estates Team as the Facilities Manager for Leamington Spa, Trident & Henly-In-Arden. The postholder will be responsible to the Operations Manager for estate and facility services across three of the College’s campuses. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and security, with relevant building maintenance experience and qualifications and a full UK driving licence due to the nature of extensive travel between college sites. Main responsibilities include the implementation of security and health and safety of the premises, as well as ensuring the effective execution of key activities, including caretaking, security, portering, postal services etc. Please read the job description for more details.
